Your Role as SENCO:
✔ Lead the SEND department, overseeing the support and progress of all students with additional learning needs.
✔ Work closely with the leadership team to implement the school’s SEND strategy.
✔ Provide guidance and support to teaching staff on effective SEND practices.
✔ Develop and monitor individual learning plans for students with additional needs.
✔ Ensure the implementation of appropriate interventions and track student progress.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A qualified teacher with experience in SEN (QTS or equivalent).
✔ A strong background in SEND leadership and strategic planning.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔ A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting students.
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
