👩‍🏫 Who We’re Looking For in a SENCO:

✅ Qualified SENCO (or willing to complete the National SENCO Award).
✅ Experience in SEND leadership, with a track record of improving student outcomes.
✅ Excellent knowledge of EHCPs, interventions, and inclusive teaching.
✅ Strong leadership skills, allowing a SENCO to inspire and guide staff.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
