Your Role as SENCo:

• Lead and manage the SEND department to provide high-quality support for students.


• Work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure that all students receive the support they need.


• Monitor the progress of students with SEND and ensure effective interventions are in place.


• Be a key leader in promoting inclusive practices across the school.
