Your Role as SENCO:

• Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision, ensuring the best outcomes for students.


• Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.


• Develop and implement strategies to support students with additional needs.


• Oversee EHCPs and ensure appropriate interventions are in place.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).


• Strong knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
