Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

The Role:

• Lead the inclusion and SEN provision across the school


• Develop strategies for improving student outcomes and ensuring inclusivity


• Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure the best support for all students

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to work towards)


• Proven experience in leading SEN provision and supporting students with additional needs


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• A passion for inclusion and creating opportunities for every child to succeed
