Your Role as SENCO:

• Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring students with additional needs receive appropriate support.


• Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored learning plans.


• Work closely with the leadership team, teachers, and external agencies to provide holistic support.


• Regularly monitor student progress and adapt provision as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).


• Extensive experience in managing SEN provision in secondary schools.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• A thorough understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
