Your Role as a SENCO:

• Lead and coordinate the SEND provision across the school.


• Work with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure inclusive education.


• Develop EHCPs and support students with additional needs.


• Provide staff training on inclusive teaching strategies.


• Oversee assessment, monitoring, and intervention plans.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).


• Strong experience working with SEND students in a school setting.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• A passion for inclusive education and student well-being.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
