A permanent SENCo role is available at an inclusive primary school in Haringey, seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead their SEND provision. Role Overview:

• Lead the school’s SEND provision and work closely with staff to support children with additional needs


• Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best outcomes for students


• Monitor and track progress for students with SEND


• Support and mentor colleagues to improve SEND practice across the school

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS with a SENCo qualification (or willingness to work towards it)


• Experience working in a SEND role with a strong understanding of SEND policies and procedures


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• A passion for creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
