Your Role as SENCO:

• Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students with additional needs receive appropriate support.


• Oversee the creation and implementation of tailored learning plans.


• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to enhance student outcomes.


• Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (or willingness to obtain it).


• Experience in leading SEN provision in secondary schools.


• Strong organizational and leadership skills.


• A deep understanding of SEND legislation and best practices.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
