The Role:

• Lead the school’s SEN provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need


• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support students with additional needs


• Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes


• Oversee the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and SENCo qualification (or willingness to achieve it)!


• Strong experience in leading SEN provision and supporting diverse learners


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• A commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential
