Your Role as SENCO:

• Lead and manage the school’s SEND provision to ensure the best outcomes for students.


• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to deliver tailored support.


• Develop and implement strategies to support students with a range of additional needs.


• Oversee EHCPs and support students’ individual learning plans.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).


• Strong knowledge of SEN policies and best practices.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
