As part of the continued transformation of our Inclusion and SEND services, Lancashire County Council is expanding its workforce with passionate, skilled people who want to make a meaningful difference for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We have created a brand‑new SEND Access to Resources Team (ART) brokerage service, bringing an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Policy, Commissioning and Children’s Health service.
We are looking for an ART Contracts Manager to join the team.
They will be responsible for the effective contract monitoring, performance management, and oversight of Independent Non-Maintained Special Schools (INMSS) for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring high‑quality placements and best value for money is achieved.
This is a pivotal role, supporting the development of high‑quality, inclusive services that respond to local need, strengthen the SEND system, and improve outcomes for children and young people across Lancashire.
