We're working with a local authority seeking an experienced professional to manage a caseload of children and young people with EHCPs, ensuring statutory timescales are met while delivering a person-centred, outcomes-focused service.
Key responsibilities:
Manage SEND assessments and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) Coordinate multi-agency assessments and annual reviews Act as the main point of contact for families, schools and education providers Chair meetings and work collaboratively with professionals to secure the best outcomes Support placement planning and provide advice on SEND processes and legislationWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience managing EHCPs within a local authority Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes Post 16 experience within a Local Authority Contract Details:
£300-£320 per day Fully remote working Immediate start available Ongoing contractReferral Scheme: Recommend a colleague who we successfully place and receive up to £250 through our referral scheme.
