Position: Alternative Learning Provision Manager

A dynamic educational institution is seeking a committed and experienced professional to lead the development, oversight, and continuous enhancement of its Alternative Learning Provision. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioural and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., Degree + PGCE or equivalent)
• SENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students' individual needs
