SEND Learning Assistant

Long Term Teachers is on a hunt for a SEND LSA to join our team immediately and help out in Primary Schools in the South Gloucestershire area!

• UK based experience working with children is essential 
• TA or Early years qualifications ideal 
• Full Time 
• South Gloucester 

A SEND LSA supports pupils with additional needs such as autism, communication difficulties, or moderate learning difficulties. You’ll usually work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils access lessons and making sure they don’t get left behind.

Sometimes this means breaking work down into smaller steps, using visual aids, or giving extra explanations. Other times it means helping with daily routines, building confidence, or managing transitions between activities.
