SEND Support Primary SEN Classroom

Are you an experienced SEND Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join a primary SEN classroom in Westerhope with an immediate start.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with SEND within a primary SEN classroom.
Providing one-to-one and small group support.
Encouraging engagement, independence and participation in lessons.
Working closely with teaching staff to implement learning and support strategies.
Supporting pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Who We're Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEND is essential.
Experience within a primary school or SEN setting is highly desirable.
A patient, resilient and caring approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
