We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic SEND Support Staff to join specialist schools in and around the Southampton area.

You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to children and young people with a wide range of additional needs, working alongside experienced school staff to provide the support, encouragement and care they need to thrive.

We're looking for people who:

Have previous experience working with children, young people or adults with SEND (preferred)

Have a healthcare background or experience in care/support work (also considered)

Are compassionate, patient and resilient

Are confident supporting individuals with a range of needs

Can build positive relationships with children and young people

Are reliable, professional and committed to safeguarding

Experience across all types of SEND is welcomed, including candidates who have worked with individuals with complex needs, autism, learning difficulties, behavioural needs or physical disabilities.

What we offer:

Full-time positions, Monday to Friday

Part-time applicants considered, although these opportunities are more likely to be ad-hoc supply work
