Are you an experienced SEND Support Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools?

Protocol Education is recruiting reliable and compassionate SEND Support Staff to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming primary schools in Walthamstow. This role is ideal for experienced support staff who enjoy variety while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

You will support children with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and complex learning needs. This may include 1:1 support, small group interventions, classroom support and intimate care where required.

The Role

Daily supply work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Support pupils with a range of SEND needs
Deliver 1:1, small group or classroom support
Follow EHCP targets and school behaviour policies
Intimate care may be required
What We Are Looking For

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND in a school or similar setting
A calm, patient and nurturing approach
Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
