SEND Support Worker – Full Time (Term-Time Only)
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Salary: £18,000 p.a. (actual)
Hours: 37 hours per week, term-time only

Role Overview:
Provide individualised practical and personal care support to learners with SEND across various programmes. Support learners 1:1 or in small groups within classroom, community, or workshop settings, guided by SEND Specialist Practitioners. Encourage positive attitudes to learning and work towards individual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised support tailored to individual learning needs
• Assist learners both in small groups and one-on-one settings
• Use digital technologies to promote learner independence
• Foster aspirational learning attitudes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 3 SEND or related qualification
• Experience supporting SEND learners, preferably in education
• Creative and innovative in overcoming learning barriers
• Committed to Inclusive Learning and Disability Equality principles
