SEND Teacher - Primary & Secondary (MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance)

Salary: £31,650 -£49,084 + £2,679 SEN Allowance
Hours: Full-time (32.5 hours per week)
Location: Lincoln area

Tempest Resourcing are proudly supporting a highly respected specialist education provider in Lincoln in their search for passionate, committed, and skilled SEND Teachers to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across either a primary or secondary setting within a federation that caters to pupils aged 3-19 with a wide range of complex needs and disabilities, including communication and interaction difficulties, physical, and medical needs.

We are seeking ambitious and compassionate teachers who have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs. These roles are ideal for educators who are motivated by challenge, driven by purpose, and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for their pupils.

Experience in a special school setting or a deep understanding of SEND education is essential. The successful candidates will be adaptable, creative, and able to deliver highly differentiated teaching that supports all learners to thrive. Opportunities exist across both primary and secondary phases depending on your experience and preference.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong understanding of SEND best practices and strategies
