Are you a dedicated SEND Teacher with a passion for inclusive education and nurturing progress in every pupil? A well-respected special school in Brentwood is seeking a skilled and compassionate teacher to join their team from September 2025. You will teach students with a range of needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and SEMH. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons for students with SEND.
• Support individual EHCP outcomes through creative and responsive teaching.
• Foster a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families.
• Monitor and report on student progress using effective assessment tools.
• Contribute to reviews, target setting, and school development planning.
• Promote independence, communication, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working in a SEND or special school environment (preferred).
• Strong behaviour management and positive support strategies.
• A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching style.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a sense of humour.
