• Plan, develop, and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the specific needs of each student.
• Employ specialized instructional strategies and use appropriate technologies to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers, professionals, and parents to support the holistic development of students.
• Assess and record students' progress and adapt teaching materials and methods to meet their needs and abilities.
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and structured learning environment that encourages student participation.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on special education.
• Experience in a SEND setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and effective teaching methodologies for students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
• A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
