Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of extraordinary learners? We are seeking dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Class Teachers to join a wonderful primary special school in Sutton Coldfield!

We are searching for exceptional teachers available for daily supply who share the school's vision and are passionate about creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

The school supports children with complex and multiple needs, all of whom have an Education and Health Care Plan. The pupils may have Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and/or a diagnosis of an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASD). Some pupils have additional needs including visual impairment and hearing impairment.

As a SEND class teacher, you will provide personalised support, tailored lesson plans, and individualised attention to ensure each student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in teaching students with special educational needs.

✅ Proven experience working in a special school setting supporting pupils with complex needs

✅ A deep understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents, support staff, and other teachers.

✅ Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.

✅ A commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued and supported.
