This is not your typical SEND teaching role.
The successful candidate will work alongside school leaders, SEND teams and teaching staff to improve outcomes for pupils with complex SEND needs, whilst helping shape and develop inclusive practice across a number of schools.

The Role
You will:
• Support pupils with Complex SEND, Autism and SLD
• Deliver specialist teaching and intervention
• Work alongside SENCOs and Senior Leaders
• Support EHCP reviews and SEND planning
• Coach and mentor teaching and support staff
• Develop inclusive practice across multiple schools
• Help build long-term SEND capacity within schools

• Assistant Heads with SEND responsibility
• Teachers with Complex Needs experience
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong SEND experience
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism and/or Complex Needs
• Passion for inclusion and improving outcomes
