We are seeking passionate, resilient and adaptable SEN Teachers to support schools and specialist provisions across Northamptonshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers who are committed to making a positive difference to the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role
Full-time teaching opportunities Teaching and supporting pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs Creating a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment Building positive relationships and supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development Working across schools and provisions throughout Northamptonshire, so a willingness to travel is essential The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Has experience working with pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs Has experience teaching or supporting learners across KS3 and KS4 Is confident managing challenging behaviour using positive and trauma-informed approaches Is resilient, compassionate and adaptable Is willing and able to travel across Northamptonshire Holds a valid enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one If you are a dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role where you can make a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
