📚 Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver individualised lessons that support the needs of students with SEND.
✔️ Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment where all children feel valued.
✔️ Work closely with SEND specialists, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best provision for students.
✔️ Use EHCPs and personalised learning plans to monitor and assess student progress.
✔️ Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs.
✔️ Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular progress updates.
✔️ Participate in school meetings, CPD opportunities, and training sessions related to SEND.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
🔹 Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
🔹 Strong knowledge of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive teaching strategies.
🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and external professionals.
🔹 A passion for supporting children with SEND and helping them achieve their potential.
🔹 Commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
