Planning and delivering engaging lessons adapted to individual learning needs
Differentiating the curriculum to ensure every student can access learning
Developing pupils' communication, independence and social skills alongside academic progress
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils
Supporting positive behaviour and creating a calm, structured learning environment

You will be joining a setting where individual progress really matters and where teaching extends beyond traditional academic outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your practice in areas such as communication, sensory learning, positive behaviour support, functional skills and preparation for adulthood.
