The Role

As a SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.

• Assess and track progress, providing constructive feedback to support student development and individual learning goals.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Experience or a strong passion for teaching students with special educational needs.


• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective strategies for supporting SEN students.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.


• A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching.


• A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
