About the School

We are a caring, inclusive and vibrant special school for children and young people aged 2-19, supporting a wide range of needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and complex additional needs.
Our purpose-built setting includes specialist facilities such as a nursery base, post-16 provision, soft-play area, hydrotherapy pool, multi-sensory room, IT and music suites, and a large sports hall - enabling us to deliver a rich, stimulating and personalised curriculum.

The Role

We are seeking dedicated, empathetic and motivated full-time Teaching Assistants to join our team from January. You will:

Support pupils across a range of ages, providing individual or small-group support.
Assist with learning, communication and personal care, tailored to each pupil's needs.
Help create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to support pupils' development.Candidate Profile
