SEND Teaching Assistant Primary & Secondary Schools Oxfordshire

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking committed and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in  Oxfordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Help deliver tailored interventions and differentiated activities
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs
- Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion in learning
- Maintain consistent routines and positive behaviour support

Requirements:

- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in schools, care or community settings)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm, patient and proactive approach
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
