Reed Education is seeking skilled and inspirational Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs) to join our dedicated team in Smallfield/Horley, Surrey. • Oversee the special educational needs provision within the school, ensuring all students have access to high-quality education.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans for students.
• Lead training and development for staff on SEN strategies and interventions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of students with additional needs.
• Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive school environment that celebrates diversity and supports all learners.

• A recognised SENCO qualification or equivalent experience in special education.
• QTS
• A proven track record of effectively supporting students with special educational needs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and parents.
• A visionary and strategic approach to developing inclusive education practices.
