Responsibilities:

• Lead the SEN department and manage EHCPs.


• Oversee the development and implementation of IEPs.


• Liaise with external agencies and parents.


• Ensure that staff are trained in supporting SEN students.

Experience and Qualifications:

• National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or equivalent.


• Strong leadership skills.


• Clear DBS check.
