Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 4-5 consumer PR accounts, overseeing campaign strategy, delivery, and client relationships
• Drive campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring creative excellence and on-time delivery
• Provide strategic counsel to senior clients and manage complex client communications and issues
• Oversee integrated comms activity across media, influencers, and social, ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage budgets, reporting, and fee schedules while ensuring financial health of your accounts
• Mentor and inspire junior team members, maintaining high performance and morale across teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in consumer PR, with a proven track record of managing high-profile campaigns
• Skilled in client counsel, team leadership, and strategic media relations
• Comfortable overseeing influencer and social media strategies alongside traditional PR
• Highly organised with strong budget management, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities
• Adept at writing and reviewing high-quality client documents, from press releases to proposals
• Passionate about creative PR, with experience contributing to new business pitches and agency culture
