• Own and lead the agency's biggest client relationship
• Responsible for client relationship development and retention
• Ensure alignment of creative output with clients' objectives and expectations
• Lead creative strategy and planning
• Manage the delivery of social media campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Profile

A successful Senior Account Director should have:

• Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams
• Ideal background with sports, entertainment clients
