Job Description - Senior Account Executive

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Account Executive  based in our Leamington Spa office.

    We’re looking for a confident and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our Leamington Spa team and play a key role on one of our headline accounts. Sitting within our client services team, you’ll support an Account Director in delivering smart strategy, well-planned campaigns and exceptional client service.

    This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with around two years’ experience in a media or marketing role who’s ready to take the next step and own more responsibility across big, high-profile work.

    You'll be responsible for:

    • Supporting the Account Director to develop and deliver campaign strategies
    • Managing day-to-day client communications and timelines
    • Briefing internal teams and suppliers across media planning, creative and digital
    • Supporting with media research, supplier liaison, and rate negotiation
    • Gathering quotes and specs from media owners and compiling media plans
    • Building and maintaining campaign trackers and schedules
    • Monitoring performance and producing insightful campaign reporting
    • Helping spot new opportunities and supporting organic growth
    • Staying on top of trends, insights and innovations that benefit our clients

    The things we are looking for throughout the application process are:

    • Around 2 years’ experience in a media, marketing, or client services role (agency or in-house).
    • A good understanding of multi-channel campaigns
    • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
    • Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
    • A collaborative, team-first mindset
    • A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow
    • Experience in the Higher Education sector preferred

    What are we offering?

    The salary range for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 and this is dependent on skills and experience. 

    • 25 holidays plus bank holidays - and your birthday off
