Senior Account Executive

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client communications, driving project delivery, and ensuring our marketing and advertising campaigns meet high standards of performance and creativity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting Account Managers in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Independently managing small to mid-size client accounts or specific workstreams within larger accounts.
• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Rednote.
• The ability to read and write Simplified Chinese to an advanced level.
