Senior Account Executive - Events & Marketing

Lynx Recruitment are currently working with a fast-growing hospitality tech company. From major event activations to internal communications, they bring a creative and tech-savvy approach to everything they do.

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Account Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in event coordination and marketing, ready to support on key campaigns and grow into a client-facing role.

• Support Account Managers with event planning and campaign coordination

• Help manage logistics, suppliers, and production elements

• Liaise with creative and digital teams to ensure consistent delivery

• Contribute to timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting

• Assist in content development, presentations, and documentation

• 2+ years’ experience in events and marketing (agency or in-house)

• Organised, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused

• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail

• Passionate about tech, branding, and creating memorable experiences

• Keen to grow into a more senior client management role
