Senior Account Executive - Influencer Marketing - £28-30k DOE

The Role

• Support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and cultural trends

• Build targeted creator lists using the latest influencer identification tools

• Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiations, and deliverables

• Draft clear and compelling creator briefs

• Oversee influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand messaging and legal guidelines

• Coordinate and host creator events and brand trips

• Track campaign performance with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

• Support new business efforts through idea generation, imagery sourcing, and presentation prep

• Maintain campaign trackers and ensure timely, accurate reporting

• Participate in client calls, presenting updates and key insights

• Work across multiple accounts, balancing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You

• 1-2 years' experience in influencer marketing, ideally in an agency setting

• Solid knowledge of the UK creator landscape and a growing network of contacts

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

• Confident with influencer platforms and social analytics tools

• Passionate about social trends, digital culture, and emerging creators

• A self-starter who's collaborative, organised, and detail-oriented
