Location: London Office (Holborn)

Reporting to: Director of Customer Success, UK&I

Our software and managed services improve service levels, enhance bus occupancy, minimise CO2 emissions, reduce costs and streamline administrative processes.


About the Role

This role is a strategic commercial position responsible for driving new site wins, growing existing accounts, and executing revenue-focused expansion strategies across Zeelo’s Education and Commute verticals.

You will play a pivotal role in growing Zeelo’s footprint by owning the commercial performance of a defined client portfolio — identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities to expand Zeelo services across new locations, business units, and contracts.

Core Objectives

  • Deliver new site wins through client expansion, referrals, and multi-site planning.
  • Achieve defined commercial KPIs including revenue growth, upsell conversion, and gross margin improvement.
  • Retain and grow strategic accounts by embedding Zeelo as a long-term, trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined revenue and gross margin target linked to site expansion, service growth and retention.
  • Build commercial account plans to map, influence, and convert new opportunities across your portfolio.

  • Identify and lead commercial proposals for new service launches with support from internal teams.
  • Manage renewals and re-bids with a focus on increasing contract value and term length.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions, protecting both client satisfaction and Zeelo profitability.
  • Forecast accurately, update pipeline weekly, and report progress to the commercial leadership team.
  • Champion operational excellence post-sale to ensure retention and unlock future expansion.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven ability to drive expansion revenue and win multi-site contracts.
  • Experience managing enterprise or complex B2B accounts, ideally in transport, tech or services.
  • Commercial acumen: you're financially literate, contract-aware, and confident in negotiation rooms.
  • Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset — you spot opportunity where others see noise.
  • Data-driven approach to performance management and client ROI storytelling.
