Senior Account Handler - Professional Risks

The Role
You will support brokers and clients in the placement and servicing of International Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines accounts. The ideal candidate will bring experience handling multi-jurisdictional risks and an in-depth understanding of London Market procedures, including slip production and market submissions.Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day handling and servicing of a portfolio of international professional risks accounts.
Preparing and producing MRC slips, endorsements, and supporting documentation in accordance with market standards.
Liaising directly with clients, underwriters, and brokers to gather and deliver information.
Assisting with new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Producing and reconciling bordereaux and claims data when required.
Supporting broking teams with submission preparation and marketing to underwriters.
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service. Key Requirements
Proven experience in an account handling role within the Lloyd's and London Market, ideally with international exposure.
Solid understanding of professional indemnity or wider financial lines insurance products.
Competent in preparing and reviewing MRC slips and insurance documentation.
Knowledge of London Market systems (e.g., PPL, ATLAS, ECF) and regulatory requirements.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently or as part of a team. Benefits
