Location: Southampton / Hybrid will be available after training

Hours: Monday to Friday Core hours

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client with immediate effect. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of growing revenue from both new and existing customers. From generating leads to reactivating dormant accounts, you’ll be a key player in unlocking growth opportunities across multiple sales channels.

You’ll work collaboratively with the field sales team, and internal departments to deliver best-in-class service and long-term customer success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation – Identify and nurture leads via phone, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Customer Engagement – Reconnect with lapsed accounts and build meaningful new relationships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Qualify prospects, track opportunities, and close deals.
  • Product Expertise – Understand and communicate the benefits of a wide range of professional products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and performance goals.
  • Relationship Management – Deliver exceptional service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work with multiple departments to align efforts and enhance the customer journey.
  • Reporting & Admin – Run internal reports, assist in order processing, web reviews, and general office tasks using Microsoft Office, Zoom, & Teams and internal systems.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a self-starter with a hunger for success and a proven ability to build and manage accounts. While industry-specific experience is not essential, you’ll need to bring a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
