Must Haves, to be a Senior Account Manager

  • Strong client relationship management skills, you will have looked after business customers previously
  • Ability to make confident commercial decisions balancing budgets and client needs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to remain proactive under pressure

  • Solid understanding and interest in events, any knowledge of AV equipment would be a huge advantage

What You Will Be Doing as a Senior Account Manager

  • Own your accounts – take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Drive growth – identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base and increase revenue.
  • Be the bridge – act as the key link between the sales team and operations, ensuring smooth delivery from proposal to execution.
  • Stay connected – conduct regular client visits, build strong relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
  • Deliver results – meet and exceed KPIs while supporting the Exhibition Manager in hitting company targets.
  • Promote safety & sustainability – champion Health & Safety compliance and embed sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-solve on the spot – handle challenges quickly and professionally, keeping both clients and internal teams informed and confident.
