Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing full end-to-end project delivery for mid to large scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.Coordination with internal teams and external partners to execute projects seamlessly, meeting client specifications and expectations.Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and managing communication throughout projects.Conduct post-project debrief sessions to gather feedback and ensure client satisfactionDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitabilityHandle project payment schedules, invoicing, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs and maximise margins.Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to develop engaging content that’s both conceptually interesting and feasibleContribute to creative brainstorming sessionsWork closely with the production team to develop technical solutions and ensure seamless project execution.Lead new business meetings, presented credentials, and managed pitch processes for potential projects.Actively promote the agency's services and participated in industry events to drive organic growth and expand client base.RequirementsProficient in organization and time management.Capable of handling multiple project components concurrently.Skilled in managing relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.Adaptable to various client needs and preferences.Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.Collaborative team player committed to meeting objectives and deadlines.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Open to feedback and capable of providing constructive feedback to team members.Possesses a minimum of 5 years' experience in events management.Experienced in client liaison and successful event delivery across diverse client portfolios.Proficient in word processing, presentations, and spreadsheet software.BenefitsGenerous benefits package with enhanced leave, possibility for % of shares (dependent on performance), 25 days of annual leave.
