Senior Account Manager - AI Saa S/e Learning Fully Remote To £55k (DOE) + £10k OTE + benefits Embark on an exciting career journey with a leading provider of AI software solutions as they seek a talented Sr' Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

As an Account Manager, the successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from the innovative AI software/Saa S platform.
Working closely with a diverse clientele and a supportive wider team of 11 AM's, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional face-to-face training at the UK HQ and virtual team socials.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated enterprise clients (10-30 max), fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
Value Delivery and ROI: Demonstrate tangible ROI to ensure clients optimize their experience with the platform and see clear value Training and Upskilling: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients and enhance platform proficiency/usage Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction remains high/NPS scores are consistently high About You: Proven experience working in account management or customer success, within the Saa S/Software/Tech landscape.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with B2 B clients.
Prior experience working with SME and Enterprise clients specifically Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
