Senior Account Manager - role overview:

Senior Account Manager - key requirements:

• 4 years’ + agency experience
• Passion for using technology to bring people together
• Proven experience in client services or project management within the digital sector
• Ability to work across a variety of projects simultaneously and develop project plans
• Strong MS Office skills 
• Ideally experience in internal communications
• Excellent client liaison talents
• Good listening skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to troubleshoot and solutions focused
• Ideally available to start immediately

Senior Account Manager – key responsibilities:

• Writing and delivering client presentations and pitches
• Delivering existing social campaigns
• Upselling
• Acting as a liaison within client and internal teams to deliver social media programmes
• Managing day-to-day social media programmes to timescales and budgets
• Managing third party production suppliers including negotiating terms
