Senior Account Manager Field Based

My Client, a leader in the UK for contractor services in the flexible work sector are looking for a Field Based Sales Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients (existing and dormant), developing relationships to maximise revenue potential
• Identify new prospects and extend account knowledge through research, outbound calls, and in-person meetings
• Manage your diary and arrange meetings to introduce services to new and existing clients
• Segment, qualify, and prioritise client portfolios, maintaining a robust and strategic contact plan
• Attend industry networking and hospitality events to build and maintain strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Proven outbound calling and lead generation experience
• At least 2 years of field sales experience or demonstrable success in a desk-based sales role and ready to make the step into field sales
• Demonstrated experience in researching, mapping, and nurturing new business opportunities
• A self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
