Senior Account Manager (12 months of sales experience)

They're now looking to bring on board Key Account Managers. Your primary function will be handling existing accounts and cross selling, with some new business development involved also.

Day to day:

• Responsible for territory revenue and margin performance.
• Developing detailed account plans for each managed key account.
• Quickly get a grounding with product training and sales tactics to maintain/grow portfolio of managed accounts.
• Responsible for expanding new sourcing opportunities within existing distributor accounts.
• Deliver effective pipeline management of all new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• One year of sales experience
• Bi-lingual fluency in German and English
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbally
• Organisation and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
