Job Description

Reporting to Managing Director
Sitting on Management team
Managing initially one person
Working alongside Head of Marketing

You will

Have a minimum of 15 years experience in managing developments and volume house sales
Track record of identifying, planning and delivering medium to large housing developments
Understand the planning process and be proficient at achieving planning
Experience of managing sales team to achieve sales turnover
Proficient at financial planning with a track record of delivering profitable development projects
Have a driving licence and be happy to travel
Be a self starter
