Our client is a leading payment technology business providing acquiring, orchestration and risk infrastructure to merchants across complex, high growth verticals. Working closely with their commercial and product teams, they help clients scale their payment performance through smarter routing, optimised approval rates and a genuinely consultative approach to account growth.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, from go live through to long term growth. This is not a relationship management role in the traditional sense, you will be the single internal owner of revenue, performance and commercial terms for every account in your book, expected to actively grow it rather than simply maintain it.
You will work closely with product, tech, ops and finance internally to remove blockers, and act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring they are getting full value from the platform while consistently identifying new opportunities to increase volume and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue per account, driving volume growth and identifying upsell opportunities across new payment methods, features and products
