Description

• Oversee and manage all financial transactions related to the property portfolio.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to improve profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team.

Profile

A successful Senior Property Accountant should have:

• A professional accountancy qualification, such as ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy.

Job Offer
